Help with sleep and energy …!!!?

I am constantly tired, and I never feel like a night's rest. I feel like sleep and that's all. I have basically no energy. I'm sure I'm overweight. I am 6ft3in tall and 320 pounds. I tried various herbs such as melatonin, valerian root and passion flower. They help me sleep easier, but it helps me feel refreshed after sleep. I had my thyroid blood counts and tested, and both are normal. I do not know what else to try, and I'm very frustrated. Good ideas??? I do not think that hypnosis will address me, unless it was partially drugged first. Thanks for any help.
