Introduction to NLP – Meta Model

Meta model is the first NLP technique developed by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, modeling two therapists very successful, Fritz Perls and Virginia Satir, who obtained outstanding results for its clients by making it more specific in what it says.

Goal model is through the use of certain types of questions to get information and details (gain of the deep structure of the client). Grinder and Bandler observed that in moving deep structure to surface structure, people unconsciously DELETE, DSITORT and generalized information.

Elimination is a process which we omit parts of an experience or selectively leaked to some part of our experience. For example, you will not hear any sound in the room full of people larger than when concentrated in talking with someone. Suppression ratios minimizes the world that we are able to handle.

Distortion is the process amending the description of an experience and enables us to imagine new things and plan for the future. It is the process that has allowed all the artistic creations that we human beings have produced.

Generalization is the process by which summarizes and bring together all the events within the category, and make statements General on the basis of our own value and belief, ignoring any exceptions or special conditions. The ability of generalization can lead to a human being to express the world in a simpler way.

In order to recover the lost data or information, as a result of deletions, generalizations and distortions, John Grinder and Richard Bandler had identified 12 important trends and questions relevant to this model called Meta. Meta model is about being more specific to get a better understanding of the model of the person in the world. The purpose of the questions is to cut through this ambiguity, in order to access information missing for the client and coach.

The following is the pattern set in 12 major Meta Model.

A.) Removal

1) Elimination Simple: Something that is in the experience.

2) Lack of Referential Index: an action is specified, but the person who is doing the action is outside and not specified.

3) Comparative Deletions: A comparison and does not specify as to what is being compared.

4) Unspecified Verb: Verbs that some details of the action is not clear how to do something. "

5) nominalizations: processes of change or change things verbs into nouns.

B.) Generalizations

1) Universal quantifiers: universal quantifiers are usually words such as: all, all the world, never, always, every, only, nobody, everything, etc.

2) The modal operators of necessity and possibility, modal operators of necessity include words like should, must, must, must, must, it is necessary. Modal Operators of Possibility include words such as can / I can not, will / won 't, may / may not, it is possible / impossible.

C) Distortions

1) The Mind Reading: I call claims to know what another person thinks or know

2) Lost Performative: Value judgments are made but lack of evidence is not clear who has made the decision.

3) Cause – Effect: He establishes a causal link between two events or actions, as the statement implies that A causes B

4) Complex Equivalence: In this situation two experiences are interpreted as synonymous. These two experiences can be joined by words such as: therefore, the media implies.

5) Assumptions: Some assumptions on the part of the sentence to be true or it may be true.

Self-Improvement – There is an equation that ensures your success secret

For many people, the path of individual transformation and self-improvement is a long and winding road filled with difficult barriers. Pharmaceutical companies in particular have taken advantage and have created huge fortunes based on the difficult search for the "magic pill" that will solve everything. As a result, there is a secret formula for success, and begins in the mind unconscious.

One of the laws of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is that "there is a positive intention behind all behaviors." And from that presupposition, when it comes to successfully eliminating negative behaviors, there is an equation that must be considered. I'll let in the secret formula for a minute. But first, I have a riddle for you to solve.

Riddle: A minister made his son drink lye, which burned the ropes voice of the child. What was the positive intention behind this action?

If you're like most customers who have visited my office since 1978, indignant that I will say something like: "No no positive intention behind that behavior." But it would be 100% wrong. To answer this riddle, it is necessary to separate the behavior of the positive goal of writing.

The preacher's son was cursing. And the minister believes that if your child curses, his soul, will condemned to hell. So the answer is that the minister was burning the vocal cords of her son that he could not curse. In doing so, he was saving the soul of her son being condemned to suffer in hell.
The secret equation for personal change is as follows:

We should always be positive intention motivate all behavior. If you feel the need to make use of a behavior we do not like, I'm going to get rid of the temptation to use that behavior. What we have do is find a different behavior to substitute in its place. To succeed, the new behavior should be as available and efficient in carrying out the same gain secondary, but more consciously tolerable for you. We call this a REFRAME.

When clients come to my office, one of the first things I do is take a methodical history. In this example, let's pretend that they come to me and ask me to help them lose weight. Experience tells us that the two main reasons people eat too many foods are: (1) to reassure themselves, (2) because you can eat a conditioned response. The example, if a person eats while talking by phone, they will develop a conditioned response, and thereafter, every time you talk on the phone with food cravings.

However, the response This only takes into account the possible secondary gain received from the eating behavior. What if they also have other behavior in question in the equation? For example: What if being overweight is also a behavior of this person? I can hear your mind grinding now as you think, "Being tubby behavior is what are you talking about? "

Sorry, but you can be completely out of place. Here is a classic textbook example demonstrating the fact tubby you can be a behavior. It may be a behavior because it can provide secondary gains.

Example: A woman falls in love. Your partner breaks up with her, and her heart is broken. Your unconscious mind wants to protect her emotional and prevents you from having your heart broken again. Therefore, the motivation to get tubby to keep it out of relationships. That way she will not her heart broken again.

The point is that everyone is totally different. And sometimes there are elements at work causing subthreshold behavior compulsive. These are elements that are different for each person.

Here's another example: A woman comes into my office complaining of an uncontrollable compulsion to overeat during meals. In the case history, in the questioning, the woman tells me how she has never been able to meet his father.

We made a age regression, and one of his earliest memories was eating a meal with the family. And his father insisted loudly that eat everything on your plate, even though she was explode. Thus ended the food on your plate, because of fear, and her father praised her for eating everything. It was one of the only times in her life that she could remember his father telling him that he was happy with it.

Shooting day forward to the present. His father died years ago, but the subconscious program already installed at work. She still had a powerful compulsion to eat all the food on your plate, even if they feel stuffed to the gills, because cleaning the plate in his unconscious is to get Dad's approval, and the elimination of his own fear!

So if you find it difficult to personal changes, you must remember that there is a positive intention to cause all behaviors. And the formula for success is to alternate other behavior that will achieve the same secondary gain, but in a way that is satisfactory to you more aware, as an individual. The most efficient way to free the unconscious mind to take responsibility to this rate for you is through a 6-Step Reframe NLP.

Marketing by presupposition – The Curious Case Of Shan Zin Wah

If you sell or do something weird, or something that involves a large amount of training information "For potential clients, something that is very" niche "and little known to the general public, or something new that just has not had time to penetrate major markets at the moment, sometimes feel that marketing is an uphill battle.

I certainly felt that way for many years but I just starting a new campaign that I call the "marketing" budget.

In short, I will pre-suppose that the public already knows what I'm talking about even though they know they have no idea!

What it does is to capture the interest and oops, why do not you know … "Factor, which is a great social attraction to learn more.

Say you were trying to market a new product called Shan Zin Wah.

More people will write articles like, "What Shan Zin Wah is? "," Introduction to Shan Zin Wah, "" How Shan Zin Wah can help to lose weight "," 10 reasons to buy Shan Zin Wah "and so on to try to educate the customer.

That's fine and I'm not suggesting to stop writing such articles, but adds depth and a whole new range of topics can write about when you simply pre-suppose that everyone already knows what Shan Zin Wah, how good it is, how nice, and then go from there.

This opens up untold possibilities Shan Zin Wah interesting items such as:

"Beware of imitation Shan Zin Wah! Shan Zin Wah scams exposed! "

"The three biggest mistakes Shan Zin Wah users do every day …"

"Three Shan Zin Wah Top Tips For experts only!

"Zin Wah Shan – Are you passed the test of time?"

"Shan Zin Wah VS salt Rock – Who Will Win? "

By reading this, and read the five examples above again, something very interesting – the assumption that it is an established well-known product of some sort – and you're the one who has lost to know it!

Intriguingly, it is interesting – and neurologically speaking, the whole concept of "Shan Zin Wah" was presented with a completely different kind of product for something that is being introduced as a new, untested, unproven, or that a person has to learn about the early labouriously.

Even so, in short, what you do with your product or service is as follows.

Think of it as known as Coca Cola, Persil, Paris Hilton or Virgin Megastores.

Now think of a range of articles would be written, if any, and write from that point of view, an informed public, and convinced and aware, to give these people some additional and interesting information and further background on the product / service.

This is a very interesting and effective use of NLP concept of "to persuade the budget and makes writing the article at a much more challenging fascinating again, especially with a new product or what is generally considered a "niche" products.

NLP Presupposition

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has been used for years by practitioners of NLP. NLP presuppositions are parts of the NLP. presupposition of NLP can be misinterpreted as unrealistic and poorly defined. They are regarded as gospel by nlp practitioners and can serve as guidelines and tools.

In case of PNL, the resistance that a person receives a comment regarding its rigidity as a communicator. When you do not work, you have to work on something else. Communication must always be present, and through the tone of his voice, his body language and actions.

The body and mind are connected and reciprocally control each other. It is true that when an individual can achieve something, there is no reason why someone can not achieve or do. Knowing that someone can essentially be successful in a particular activity or area means you can get the same result of another individual.

Presupposition said that the legitimate interpretation comes from actual experience. You may have read more books, but you really need to do to get the most out of it. Respect for the model of the other person in the world. Everyone has a unique model in the world. You do not have to agree with someone, but try to respect that not all the world does things your way.

You are responsible for what happens within your own mind and so are the results and consequences of these thoughts. It you who make a choice on how we perceive reality, you also have the ability to alter anything, and even map their own path to whatever you want achieve or go.

Based on the presupposition of NLP, a positive goal that motivates all behavior and structure in which every action has a corresponding value.
