I recently completed a course in NLP and am now registered as a master nlp Practitioner. My NLP training course, which was with an NLP training company called People Building, has enabled me to confidence-building and practice as a therapist. More importantly, I learned the valuable life tools that I use and apply to my own life and that has allowed me to experience a fresh perspective and more flexible forms feeling and behaving.
I was so inspired with my NLP course to train happened to me more like a professional teacher. However, just by completing a Medical NLP course you will learn many things and have a good knowledge of NLP, which will allow the practice. This article addresses only some of the techniques that are learned during training NLP.
For anyone who communicates with anyone else (and that's everyone!) Taught him to communicate more effectively learn to have a better relationship in order to quickly obtain a connection with others. You will learn to read and understand body language and how to enter in the world of others to understand them better.
In my NLP training course I also learned how to change unwanted feelings and behaviors. There are many techniques to achieve this goal as "anchor", which is learning to shoot positive states in yourself and others at will. Through anchor also can learn to eliminate the negative feelings associated with the triggers of the past.
NLP also teaches you how to understand and use strategies every execution. Humans have strategies for everything they do to get out of bed, shopping at the supermarket. In a course of NLP, you will learn to design and install the strategies for you and others to achieve desired results quickly. As a therapist this often involves understanding how the client executes a strategy for anxiety or stress. In a different setting, such as sales, NLP can teach someone illegal strategy of buying or using an eye movement so that people can understand the strategies they use, and customize their sales techniques for each individual.
NLP has many informal techniques change, which involve the artistic use of language. Examples include the use of interrogation techniques that help a person identify their goals and learning language patterns to create a change in the internal representation of a person. In addition, NLP teaches you how to use language to create a trance in others (Milton Model) use your tongue to achieve greater specificity and deeper meaning in your conversation (Meta Model) and how to influence and negotiate with the ease and power. Through the art of conversation (NLP style!) can allow others to become a focused solution.
